Uma experiencia agradavel.

Hotel antigo. Porem agradável. Comida caseira muito boa. Monitores prestativos. Só não recomendo pra pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Pois tem muitas escadas. Pra família e principalmente crianças ótima opção.

Hospedagem muito boa. O Hotel é antigo, mas muito bem cuidado. Estilo rustico com bastante conforto. Segunda vez que vou e sempre é uma ótima experiencia.

Propaganda enganosa.

Ao realizar a reserva pelo site, é oferecida a forma de pagamento em quantidades de parcelas diferente da opção oferecida na recepção do hotel, imóvel, mobilias e área social muito antiga, somente pintada para dar uma sensação de conservação, muito ultrapassada. Não recomendo!

Um lugar lindo e muito bem cuidado

Hotel com excelente estrutura, boa comida e atendentes muito atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente, demais refeições muito boas. Como sugestão de melhoria, implantar wi-fi nos quartos.

O hotel é bastante simples, mas extremamente limpo e com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Só acho que poderiam oferecer algumas comodidades como secador de cabelos, shampoo, condicionador, toquinha de banho - coisas simples, que normalmente os hotéis oferecem e também, por estar localizado numa área de montanha, onde geralmente as noites são mais frias, o banheiro poderia ter água quente na pia. O café da manhã é bom, nada de extraordinário. No geral, é um bom hotel, mas não espere muito.

Conforto e diversão sem luxo!

Eu adoro o São Matheus! Não é um hotel luxuoso, mas tudo funciona muito bem! A vista é maravilhosa e eu me sinto em casa por lá! Adoro a estrutura com quadras, sauna, piscina aberta e aquecida, fora o laguinho, e a comida é muito saborosa! Mesmo se estiver chovendo, é possivel se divertir na piscina coberta, na sauna ou na esteira da academia. Além de tudo, permite animais de estimação, assim posso levar meu cão. Tudo muito acolhedor.

Hotel lindo e com uma vista maravilhosa

Adoramos as instalações do hotel, os funcionários todos são muito simpáticos e educados. Porém, a fazenda com lago precisa ser mais cuidada, já que ao andar a cavalo, voltamos com vários carrapatos!

Excelente hotel, estrutura e pessoas

Hotel excelente, atendimento, serviço, limpeza ótimos, restaurante com atendimento e comida muito gostosa. Só faltou um ar condicionado porque lá é muito calor e não dava para deixar as janelas abertas porque tenho medo de bichinhos ou insetos, mas não posso colocar como ponto negativo, pois ao reservar eu estava ciente de que não tinha.

Ótimo lugar para descansar

Ótimo lugar para descansar, funcionários do hotel são super atenciosos, comida muito boa, lugar tranquilo. O único problema é em dias de chuva que fica difícil pois é um hotel fazenda e a maior parte é descoberta. Recomendo passar uns dias neste hotel.
