Minha experiencia foi ruim, apto e corredores sujos, muita sujeira sob as camas, lençóis pareceram não ter sido trocados, não havia toalhas de rosto disponível, além de que após as duas noites nas quais fiz uso das acomodações percebi erupções na pele indicando ser picadas de inseto, em fim, ruim, espero que reciclem seus procedimentos.

Muitos anos atrás o hotel era muito gostoso. Dessa vez sentimos que caiu o nivel. Colchão e travesseiros não são bons, e café da manhã sem opção sem glúten, fiquei chateada, se eu soubesse não teria pago pelo café da manhã, não comi nada.

Decepcionante

Fiz o check-in por volta das 22h. Tinha uma fila com umas 3 pessoas na minha frente. Demorou uns 20 minutos, sendo que tinham 3 pessoas para atender. As pessoas que queriam comprar água, salgadinho, simplesmente furavam a fila do check-in. Eu estava cansada e só queria tomar um banho e dormir. Quando cheguei no quarto, percebi que me deram um quarto adaptado para cadeirante. Não havia box no banheiro, tomei banho e o banheiro inteiro ficou molhado. Fiquei com medo de acordar a noite para usar o banheiro e escorregar. Não tinha toalha de rosto. A parede estava descascando por causa da umidade. O ar condicionado era antigo, não esfriava e só fazia barulho. O frigobar também só servia para fazer barulho no quarto porque fica vazio. Enfim, avalie se há outras opções. Eu não recomendo e não volto

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Pense um pouco antes de se hospedar neste hotel

Atendimento recepção sempre com difuculdades. Demanda maior que a disponibilidade de pessoal. Realizei o processo de check in on-line previamente demandado pelo hotel por e-mail, o que não teve utilidade alguma no momento da chegada no mesmo. Roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, no caso a coberta. Após a primeira diária, não houve reposição de papel higiênico no banheiro o que causou um transtorno desagradável, uma vez que eu estava hospedado sozinho. Para acessar área do restaurante, os hóspedes eram obrigados a tomar chuva. Não havia acesso interno para a área de refeição por conta de reforma na recepção.

Sujidade e desconforto.

Tinha sujidade e bastante cabelo no banheiro inclusive no local para tomar banho. O colchão da cama de casal e os travesseiros de qualidade muito ruim. De todos os Ibis que hospedamos esse foi o pior. Pontos positivos, tem frigobar e o tamanho do quarto é confortável.

Dificil identificar alguma coisa razoável. Minha estadia foi desagradável, a situação está muito esquisita, acaba sobrando para os funcionários. O ano pssado falaram que a administração era nova 23, esse ano 24/25 a desculpa é reforma. Nesse hotel minha familia nao irá mais.
