They have all possibilities to be a great hotel. But, they need to improved restaurant service and food quality. Also, mattress needs to be better selection. Mattress in my room was too hard. This hotel room are nice.

We asked for a pet friendly room and the room was filthy, very dusty, there were 2 rugs in the room by the beds that were very dirty. Even the hallways were filthy. The room smelled really bad. Their breakfast wasn't very good. The noise from the street was insane, we couldn't sleep.

Adorei minha estadia. O quarto super limpo com tudo organizado e limpeza diária. Gostaria de destacar o cafe da manha com reposição dos alimentos e tudo fraquinho. Os atendentes super solícitos e educados me ajudaram tanto na chegada quando na saída porque precisei deixar minha mala guardada. Indo para piracicaba voltarei a me hospedar com eles com certeza.

Excelente opção em Piracicaba

Surpreendeu pela qualidade das instalações e da hospedagem. Apesar o primeiro quarto designado para mim ter um piso com problemas de desgaste, a equipe do Hotel foi capaz de trocar rapidamente para outro quarto sem esse problema. Gostei do custo x benefício.

Já estivemos no hotel em outras oportunidades mas desta vez deixou bastante a desejar. O hotel é bonito, o atendimento é bom, as áreas comuns bonitas e bem cuidada mas o quarto é bem simples, e tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, pouca água e barrenta, porta do banheiro deteriorada. Falta cuidado com a manutenção. Estacionamento complicado quando está cheio. Precisa melhorar !!!
