Foi tudo tranquilo. Só fiquei decepcionado com o restaurante, pois deixei para jantar no restaurante de vocês e ao chegar demorou para ser atendido, só tinha uma opção de refeição, ou pizza de embalagens de mercado, se solbesse disso antes tinha saido para jantar em outro lugar.

Ótimo custo/beneficio

Custo/Benefícios é a avaliação desse hotel, entrega mais do que é pago, recepção agradável, atendimento dos funcionários nota 10, incluso café da manha, piscina, playgroud, quadra, elevadores, quarto amplo com 2 cama de casal( atendeu e muito minha família para 5 pessoas), localização no coração da cidade e próxima ao shopping foram os beneficios/vantagens/pros. Os contras são: lavatório entupido então demora descer a agua, vidro da janela do quarto sujo, falta de café expresso(maquina não estava funcionando), entretanto o valor pago pela estadia entrega muito mesmo com esses pontos a melhorar.

Hotel está decadente em termos de manutenção, passa a impressão que tudo é feito na gambiarra. Pia entupida, torneira com água fraca, porta com fechadura arrombada e consertada na gambiarra que dificultava fechar. Uma pena, gostava muito de ficar nesse hotel, mas dessa vez a experiencia foi terrível.

Hotel ok para uma noite. equipe solicita. infelizmente reserva para 4 pessoas e somente uma toalha de banho. Precisei ligar 3 vezes e na última ser chata para receber. acesso do estacionamento ao hotel um tanto quanto ruim para quem tem necessidades especiais e idosos.

Experiência deixou a desejar. O quarto não tinha toalha de banho, rosto e piso de banheiro. Foi necessário ligar na recepção e pedir, porém após 1h solicitada ainda não tinham entregado. Tive que descer na recepção para pegar os itens. Fiquei no 11o andar e a janela fazia muito barulho. Barulho de vento, de buzina e de carros passando. Muito difícil pegar no sono.

Bom, mas pode melhorar ...

O café da manhã não possui muitas alternativas. No dia que estávamos lá, acabou o pão francês e repuseram com torradas feitas do dia anterior. O colchão da cama era velho, e a mola estava incomodando. Avisei a recepção, que inclusive estava recebendo colchões novos. Questionei se era possivel a troca, ne informaram que do meu quarto ja havia sido trocado. Tirei foto, e mostrei que se tratava de um colchão antigo, inclusive a mola aparente. A atendente ficou de verificar com a gerência e não me deu uma resposta. No mais, é muito bem localizado, perto da rua do porto. Voltaria a me hospedar pq sei quenos colchões estão sendo trocados, e pela localização.
