"Excellent service provided by the hotel's staff however rooms are not equipped with appropriate equipment. The TV set, an LG brand was terrible. Took long time to turn it on and sometimes while watching a program it went dark with a message 'not available due to maintenance, try agin later' . Also, after turning it on it displayed a bar with a loading percentage that got frozen after reaching or displaying a 70%. I called the front desk to complain and a tech was sent, however, after the second time it happened I did not bother to complain and used my laptop instead. Also, the coffee maker they had available was old and roasty inside. One day the room was not cleaned properly after some dirty glasses were left in the room. The iron did not work at all and a replacement was sent. The iron board when we were going to use it the first time it had the legs broken and was not possible to stand it up even though a replacement was sent. The shower in the bathroom was leaking water and after taking a shower a big pudlle of water used to accumulate outside over the floor. Finally one time the door's electronic card did not work to open the room from outside so I had to walk down to the front desk to get a replacement. Very bad and poor equipment over all. Bar services and shuttle transportation was the best we got during our staying in this hotel. Got to get better for the money they charge."
