"The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. "Hacienda Santa Rosa de Lima is pure magic. Time stood still. A perfectly relaxed and old time elegant property. And it’s off the beaten path, situated a couple of hours from Merida and an hour or so from Uxmal. Staff is friendly, laid back and hospitable. Couldn’t have loved the vibe more. Perfect. "
