「Well what a suprise this was! Years ago the White Horse had a bad reputation and was considered a bit of a dive. No longer though. The current owners have turned this into a very clean, well presented and comfortable stay. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The bar and dining area were clean, tidy, regularly bussed the tables. The breakfast was ample and very well presented and the same can be said for the eveing meal. 「I booked a room for one night. I was allocated room 440. The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence. Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car. I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming. I am waiting to hear from the nanager」

「On arrival, we checked in and started to unpack. We noticed that parts of the room were dusty. As we looked closer we noticed that our room was layered in dust that had obviously been there longer than a week nevermind a day. The headboards were covered and you could visibly see the colour difference on the carpet where the duty was lying. I checked my mum and dad's room aswell and there's was the same but not as heavily dusted. Me and my dad both suffer with asthma which set us off sneezing and...

Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!」
