I loved the room. I didn’t like having to turn on the water in the shower before it got hot. Chilly Willy. The young man that checked me in was most pleasant and kind. Had a good sense of humor

Very nice and clean! Everybody from the front desk lady to the person who made my breakfast was very kind friendly and clean. Plus, everybody spoke English and was easy to understand them. Our room was beautiful! Great deal for the price

Rude staff. Dog barking two doors down all day. Cancelled the fully-paid reservation because we came "late" and then charged again while denigrating me for using Expedia. Had to call Expedia for them to call the hotel to get the charge reversed - finally days later. Breakfast is a joke & they refused to clean the room each day. Do not recommend.

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize your stay did not go as planned. We did not cancel your reservation, it was marked as a no show. You were not charged when your new reservation was made. I am sorry you had a dog barking down the hall, we would have done everything we could to get the dog to stop or move you.

Excellent Harrisburg stay
Easy 5 minute drive across the bridge to downtown. Quiet and clean with restaurants and a sheetz within walking distance. Half the price of downtown hotels and free parking too.

We stayed here when we were in town visiting family. This place is super new, very clean, and we’ll definitely stay here again. We were traveling with our dog who was welcomed with complimentary dog biscuits which was a sweet touch. We opted for the suite with a seating area so our dog had room to roam and the room was huge with a large bathroom. The price was very affordable, too.

This was a great location, it was near a golf course I played at and then I took in a movie and it was close by to that and a lot of restaurants. The room was very clean and large. I also loved tge fact that the hotel had breakfast daily. I had one issue with my door not locking properly, but the front desk worker changed my room without any issues. I was pleased with my stay.

The facility, staff and room were wonderful. The only addition I would request would be hooks in the area with the sinks. I would like to hang my sleeping attire, bathrobe and clothing in that area.

Towel racks
Great hotel. Convenient to the state capital. Only one complaint. Unless you ask for your towels to be changed daily, they only to it every three days. They need to add additional towel racks to dry towels. They only have one on the shower door.

Do not stay here
arrived new yeas day first room the keys did not work, third reset they unfortunately opened the door to a dirty unclean room. second room had no kitchenette which i reserved, Breakfast stated from 0600 but nothing was set out except yogurt in refridgeratpr. third room had kithcenette but as you can see from the fruit loop i hope that is what it was room has probably never been deep cleaned offered a free water but never contacted by hotel manager or a supervisor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANY PAYING GUEST.

Thank you for staying with us. I do apologize that you got checked in to a dirty room that was rolled because of the holiday. Our staff quickly changed your room. I apologize our breakfast was not setup per the hours but was put out as soon as possible.

This hotel is very well appointed. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was helpful with sending a fax. We stayed for 9 days, spending a good amount of time in the room. We had meals there with the help of the refrigerator and microwave.
