I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. 「When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. Several vertical blinds were missing and they replaced. The blinds still did not operate and when tried to open it would caused the blinds to fall out. Upon leaving we took...

「Was a quiet and beautiful place. Set aside from the hustle of the rest of oahu. Huge condo very clean and modern with all the amenities of home. The whole place..the grounds , the pools, the ponds and beaches, the bar at the beach with live music.. . Absolutely a great place to spend a week.
