"The stay was ok. Just ok "

"I understand people are on vacation but it’s ridiculous to have you children running around after 1130 pm so nobody else can sleep either! Breakfast was lousy… for hot breakfast eggs were undercooked biscuits were over cooked and cold and the same fruit was left out for the next day …. The pool was WAY over crowded and never any pool towels. Our microwave never worked or our fridge and the accommodation was “bring your food downstairs “ what was the point of having our own if we can’t use it! Our shower pressure was horrible it was a place to stay and that’s about it . The bed was the best thing . "

"Everything was great. Check in was easy and fast and the gentleman working the desk was SO nice. Rooms were very clean and loved the kitchen option. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool unfortunately. Breakfast was good, but I was shocked to see the trash piled up literally the whole time it was open. The trash for breakfast was located in the open of the lobby and I’ll be honest, had I seen that upon checking in, my first impression would not have been so grand. But since everything was so great up until that point, I could look past it as maybe they were short staffed that day? We would choose this hotel again and already recommended it to another family! "

"Wow! Where to start. The staff very informative, polite, and just very friendly. The cleaning staff are amassing friendly, helpful and right on top with anything we need! Went to dinner here last night. Food very good. We wanted to try everything on the menu but we couldn't eat all we ordered. So of course we took the rest back to our room. Can't forget the restaurant staff. Very nice, helped with the menu and helped with refills and take home trays."
