「Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising.」

「We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet.
