「Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel.」

「Excelente」

「Me encantó. Siempre limpió comida excelente」

「Excellent staff but the hotel wanst with a good location and the equipamenta like microwaveand fridge didnt work. Even, the breakfeast wasnt read」

「Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience. That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. 「Great」

「Quartos do hotel limpos, excelente atendimento dos funcionários.」

「Room was clean and well presented, although bathroom was dated and showing signs of age. Hotel used by companies to house staff and workers either leaving or entering country; as such check in was mayhem with 50+ people from a company trying to check in. Took me over 30 minutes before I could be checked in . Same issue with buffet dinner with too many people for the size.」

「Good」

「Estadia excelente.

「It was convenient as close as you can get to the airport as there are no hotels yet at the new airport NBJ yet. You can order a hearty dinner. It was nice having a pool to enjoy too. The taxi that was arranged from the airport turned out to be a bit of a headache as he was in such a hurry with everything, it may just be easier to take a Yango or Bolt. Overall the guest house itself was great.」

「Very good」
