「There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is...

「Nice room」

「Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。」

「주인분이 너무 친절하고 서비스가 좋고, 숙소도 아주 좋고, 수영장이 끝내줍니다 너무 좋은 시간이였어요」

「The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.」

「This is an absolutely amazing Villa Property the only problem is the proximity to attractions in the area I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing Family Vacation or intimate Couples location」
