「The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no elevators in the hotel so if you have mobility issues you will need to stay on the ground floor. The free continental breakfast was only coffee, hot water, teas, and cookies. Not very good, but the menu options were good. I would stay there again. I loved it.」

「Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food. We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in. 「La ubicación es muy buena, frente a un pequeño jardín y a 3 cuadras de Sto Domingo. Es un hotel antiguo pero muy bien mantenido y limpio, las habitaciones están cómodas y tienen vista a un patio interno, el único pero son los baños, son pequeños, viejos y ruidosos? El personal es muy amable.」

「Rooms were larger than normal with kitchen area, seating area and 2 separate bedrooms. We had a late night check-in due to a flight delay and the staff had all the paperwork waiting for us when we walked in. The cleanliness standards were 100% impressive. The hotel is very quiet. It is located in a very safe area with dozens of restaurants, cafes, mini marts and bars on the street. Walking distance to the Zocalo (city center) was 15-20 minutes.」
