「My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.」

「A great place, even it is not near the central station(if you walk), you can still take a bus. The staffs are quite nice and are willing to provide help. There is a little kitchen so that you can cook. A supermarket and a pharmacy are on the first floor so it is really convenient.」

「The hotel is beautifully maintained and set up for families. The room was large and comfortable. It is a great place to explore the old town.」

「Good stay, clean and large room. Hotel is a bit further from Milan centrale than expected (around 10-15 min walk on cobbled stone which was unpleasant). 」

「Easy to check in as check in point inside the Milan train station. good location with only 3 mins walk to metro station. Neat and tidy apartment with all the things you need. 」
