"Overall experience was great. Staff was friendly, professional and all around great. Lots of outdoor areas to hangout and spend time outside. Pool area was nice. Minibar was stocked with good options and the prices are not bad comparing to other hotels I've stayed. It was almost cheaper to drink from the minibar vs. The actual hotel bar. Pool area was nice but maybe in the busy season it could get growded. Each room has Echo device with Alexa, so you can play music or get other information easily. The room i stayed was clean and good but some things were little outdated and rundown, some USB charging ports by the bed was not working, the thermostat screen and buttons were damaged but i was still able to turn down the temperature, i just couldn't see the actual temperature reading. But because the staff was so great and my stay was great, these things did not bother me. TV channels are all in italian, or at least the 100+ channels i scrolled thru, so if you like watching TV during your stay and don't understand the language, i recommend to bring your own movies or tv shows. "The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."
