「We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. Our room looked out into the roof of the hotel, we asked to move rooms but we were told it would cost more money , having spent a substantial amount we decided to stay in the original room. We had originally booked the hotel as it had multiple facilities restaurants, swimming pools , bars...

「It was a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The sea is absolutely amazing.The locatio is perfect for relaxing and enjoyng nature. 「The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. 」

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「Rooms were nothing spectacular but they were very comfortable and kept clean, we always had fresh towels, and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the little balcony that overlooking the ocean Staff were kind and attentive The pool was a real highlight. Stunning views. Lots of shade, good service, nice music. Location was great as well」

「This was a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Denisse, was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to help us. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza.」
