"Hotel and staff were fantastic. Only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star is the noise. Our room was right above the dining area and it was quite noisy. Other than that, the location was perfect and hotel was great. "

"Very nice rooms, good value and good location. We did have a couple issues. The communication and check in process is fine up to a point. When you actually arrive at the address, you must use the Deluxe Apartments WiFi to communicate, which we did not know. Luckily we were able to enter when someone left and then everything was easy and the hosts were great. If you arrive after hours just be aware you need the property WiFi. The other problem was the street noise and construction in adjacent rooms. The construction was only during work hours so not so bad at night. "

"I loved staying as Bens L'Hotel Palermo. I had 2 rooms, one was a suite and one was a standard room. It was like staying in a bed an breakfast, very quaint, and like staying with family (in a good way). The suite was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The standard room was quite small and not much room for anything but the bed. I was surprised by the difference. Again, the hotel was lovely, but the standard was small. If you can afford the suite, take it."

"Honestly, the perfect hotel! Room was very clean and smelled of lemon each day after room service. Hotel staff was always available and front door was kept locked for great security. Lovely outdoor seating for both the delicious breakfast and terraces. But 100/10 for location. Lots of delicious food, park for walking, and central for shopping. Will definitely come stay here if back in BA."
