Mal servicio al cliente
Unos minutos antes de llegar preguntamos por la reserva y dijeron que no teníamos reserva, justificándose se que hoteles. Com era un fraude y que no aceptaban reservas realizadas por ese medio, además nos ofrecieron una habitación solo por una noche habiendo reservado dos noches y tres días. Me pareció muy inoportuno habiendo hecho la reserva con bastante tiempo de antelación. Por eso no lo recomiendo.
