"Excellent location- an easy walk to restaurants and shopping in old town Sacramento - plus we could walk to Amtrak. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. It’s a little noisy for sleeping being so close to a highway and train station but I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Same options for breakfast every day. Staff was friendly. Loved the free shuttle to three different spots in the city. You could call them and they would pick you up instead of taking an uber. Location was a bit far but shuttle made up for it."

"We were warmly welcomed at check‑in by Ira, who quickly and graciously helped resolve an issue with my Hilton Honors account. It was refreshing to meet someone who so clearly takes pride in her workplace and in delivering exceptional service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with striking architecture and a modern aesthetic enriched by a sophisticated, layered color palette. The cleansing products are wonderfully refreshing. Given the hotel’s price point, however, I was surprised that bottled water was not offered as a complimentary amenity."

"This is a very good location. Golden 1 & lots of eateries with in walking distance. Old sac is also walkable . It’s clean and the staff is friendly . It’s very reasonable priced as well We often stay here when we travel in the Sacramento area "

"There was an issue for valet- we used this service and when we got our vehicle the 2nd day to travel I found documents out of place and on my seat. I did alert the front desk. But had zero follow up. The elevators were broken and only 2/4 were operating. The pool was depressing No sun and no jacuzzi. Ice only on certain floors. Bright side is the staff inside the building was super friendly. Shout out to the cleaning staff- they are the MVP. 5 star service from them "
