Perfect location for attending events at Golden 1 Arena. Dining, shopping, sightseeing all in walking distance, too. Lovely old building that has been updated and remodeled into clean, comfy, quiet rooms. Reasonably priced. Avoid the traffic and stay here!

Very loud location. Could barely sleep at night. Was there for an Ironman and barely slept the night before. Also i had a full powet outage from 8pm till 10am the day of the race and no one did anything about it, i had to prepare all my gear in total darkness with my phone flashlight.

The Willow restaurant was amazing! The location was perfect to see a concert and right by old town! We had a blast and loved the property. My family is pretty picky when it comes to hotels and this was perfect for us. The history of the building was cool to see and loved how they kept some of the older things to create a cool feel while still upgrading the rooms and making it feel comfortable and new

Overall it was a pleasant stay, only thing I’d recommend is find parking first in the nearby parking garage because all they have is valet and no separate parking for just hotel guests.

Beautiful property Close to everything However they said our corner room was “under maintenance” and “upgraded” our room to what seemed like a dungeon no windows except for some that were more like skylights and unable to locate the switches to lower shades The restaurant wasn’t very good either selection was slim for brunch

front desk was nice . the room looked nice enough. the foot of the bed of a tear in it, there was hair that didn't belong to us on the pillows pulled the bedding back and there was a stain on the sheets . the bathroom had hair on the shower curtain, yellow stains in the corner of the shower and along the front of it. the shower leaked water onto the floor we had place towels on the ground to catch it so no one slipped and fell. the front desk sent house keeping to take pics of the hair on the shower curtain and changed the sheets. i would complain if it wasn't over 300.00 to stay one night!
