「the lady that checked me in went out of her way to help me clear up my double booking with the help of the manager that she called. when i checked out, the counter person was prompt in phoning me that i had left some articles and a real shout-out to the lady that cleaned my room to communicate this before i was too far away to return. This is excellent customer care and my sincere thanks to all at Days Inn. 」
