Hotels.ca app said gym included and it wasn't. Can tell it's a rental, sink was clogged, mattress was weird. Decent location

Avoid staying here - this was the honesty the worst accommodation and poor communication. Calgary is awesome and very affordable, please look somewhere else

Property was ok, the fact that I made an error after 2 mins of booking, called and chatted and still they couldn’t accommodate the changes or cancellation, I will never recommend this property as it was a total waste of $600 and ended up not staying but got a proper hotel instead. For lack of a better word, it was a total nightmare

This was an absolute disaster of a booking - way too difficult to check in! Thanks to confusion between both Global Stay AND Expedia's terrible customer service person who had us on the phone for over two hours going around in circles.... We were accused of being under age (of 25yrs) to stay in the apartment (we are in our 50's) - after two hours going round in circles and hopelessly frustrated at the absolute waste of precious holiday time I booked another hotel - money down the drain! Never book Global Stay!
