「The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'...

「The room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Well appointed with shelving and drawers which seem lately to be disappearing in other hotels. Amenities were fabulous. We would definitely return and stay here again. It was also my wife's birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make the occassion extra special. Thank you! She loved it.」
