Great Stay at Best Western Plus Chestermere

Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Parking was great, had a wakeboard boat with me and was able to park in lot no problem. They even gave me a room where I could keep an eye on it. Would definitely stay again.

Sleeper beware

Walls so thin I could hear the guy in the next room over snoring and their full conversation when they were talking. We were awake from 1-ish til 3:42 when I decided to go to the front desk and low and behold a peculiar individual was departing the room next to us. A hard crusty area on the floor and a large brown spot.....gross. Feedback was given to the front desk clerk. Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and friendly. Beds were comfortable, but when there is too much noise to sleep, comfort doesn’t really matter too much. Will not stay here again.

We are pleased with the room,breakfast and staff what we weren’t happy about is the pool and hot tub were out of order, the handicap parking was slippery and icy I twisted my knee getting in and out of my van.the one male staff member was not friendly and ignored my husband when he requested that they salt the area .

Location was excellent, breakfast was mediocre as some items sat out too long ie scrambled eggs and hashbrown. Lack of pool; would; not informed at time of booking. Children require a place to burn off energy. Poorly constructed floors, creaking and not soundproofed. Staff did their best to accommodate; neither theirs or our fault.

Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets even after I left a note and the tip. Took the tip but didn’t do the job. Manager aware and apologetic. Hopefully doesn’t happen again. Otherwise, overall hotel was clean and good breakfast.

Was just okay

The staff was great. For a newer hotel it’s already looking old, the shower water pressure is nonexistent. The cost per night is pretty high in my opinion for the quality of the hotel, but it’s the only option.
