"Check in was fast and the staff were friendly. The room was clean as well as the beds. The beds and pillows are comfy. The furniture was outdated but still serves the purpose. The only thing that disappointed us was that they advertised in the restaurant $6.95 / per person for breakfast but we were charged regular price $11.00 per person. We tried to tell the lady that we’re hotel clients but she just refused. After we got out of the restaurant the sign which said $6.95 was erased. What a scam. So customers beware."

"The front desk staff was pleasant to deal with, joked with us and laughed with us. The rooms were good sized. The breakfast was insanely crowded and both days we barely got anything from it. The pool is dated, but the kids had a lot of fun. The slide is INSANE. 😂"

"Was a good stay. Wouldn't call it a great hotel for the price. Older hotel, basic rooms. Classified as a "water park" but its a basic hotel pool with waterside. Again, nothing exceptional but was a good stay. Id stay here again."

"We are returning customers and stay at Carriage House when we stay in Calgary. The desk staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and quiet and the location is surrounded by many options for shopping for shopping. You can start your day with an excellent breakfast buffet. The gym, pool, hot tub and sauna are a nice addition. If you enjoy gambling there is a casino on site as well as a pub."
