"Great hotel, staff were very accommodating. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Food and buffet breakfast was very good. Gym was well equipped. Good location, close to restaurants and bars and for accessing the local area by foot."

"The young man, Mozzy, who checked us in was phenomenal, he was a godsend but the condition of our room needed some serious repairs/renovations. The wallpaper was patched on the wall, there was clearly black mold in the bathroom, and our comforter had either food stains or coffee stains on it….just nasty. "

"This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family."
