「The shower head fell off in our hands. Our room key consistently did not work. The indoor pool was closed. There are no "aqua solarium waterfalls" There was no restaurant on site. Our booking says "mountain view" but all we saw was the parking lot. They charge you a "resort fee" for each day....that is NOT mentioned at all. Until you see the bill 4 days later. A person tripped and fell during breakfast on uneven flooring. No ramp to get into building on parking lot side, just many...

「The room was exceptionally clean. I used to be a professional cleaner so I have high standards to cleanliness. The staff were so nice and were willing to help if you had any questions. The kitchen was great! I have many dietary issues and having a fully working kitchen was amazing and well stocked with dishes.The view was amazing as well. My husband and I are planning our next trip and are excited to stay at Smugglers Notch again!」
