"This is our favorite spot in Boston! We’ve stayed here two years in a row for vacation and it’s such a special, unforgettable experience. Mo, Joe, Renee and the entire staff are just the nicest most welcoming people and the property itself is absolutely amazing! "

"i loved staying here. the rooms are fantastic, the views are incredible, everything is crisp and clean. the decor is amazing. the only issue i ran into was i needed a microwave to heat up baby milk. when i called down the man was very rude and said we don’t have that here. when i said im happy to even use an employee break room one quickly he repeated himself with “ok???” at the end. super rude. other than that one moment, excellent experience"
" Very friendly attentive staff, beautiful lobby with fireplaces and sitting areas with world charm, elegant but still cozy rooms and comfortable beds, all in an excellent walkable location! One small suggestion - some hooks or towel bar in bathroom to hang wet towels!
When in Boston I will definitely stay here again!"
"We absolutely loved this hotel! The area is amazing and everyone who works there was beyond amazing!! I left a fan of Back Bay and the Colonade! Definitely staying here next time I’m in Boston. "
