"We stayed here during the period that the World Cup was in town, so the hotel was packed. It is in a great location -- easy access to public transportation and shopping. The hotel was clean and the beds were super-comfortable. All in all a good stay. I rated it was "good" only because of the sour taste left by the imposition of an undisclosed $35 per day "destination fee." There is no reason for this charge; its pure profit, and it makes it harder to compare hotel prices. You could get something in exchange for this fee, such as tix to the View Boston observatory, but that was only if you asked, and the fee was imposed daily and the tix were only good for once per-stay. Junk fees spoil the experience."

"Staff was polite, helpful and caring about our needs. The property was old and small but surprisingly well maintained and clean. Parking around the corner and across the street. Location in the city next to waterfront, Faneuil Hall Marketplace and restaurants were just steps away. Located in the same building is Boston Segway Tours. They anr easier than they look to ride and what a great way to zip through the area and get a great tour of some of Boston’s history."
