The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay.

The staff was the only reason for not getting the lowest score. The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. Lets start on the negatives... 1) The hotel on the website does not match the actual hotel. Many of the attractions/pools are not operational. The attractions for the kids are not operational or are in need of maintenance. 2) At one point i was in need of sunblock so i went to the onsite shop. When i went to the shop it was closed. There was a sign on the door "out to lunch" which was no problem and i figured i would just come back later. I came back two hours later and the shop was still closed with the "out to lunch" sign still posted, so i went to the service desk to ask when the owner would be back and the desk person could not answer... the response was " she has a habit of doing this... sometimes she comes back... sometimes she does not, and it all depends on the kind of day she is having....REALLY!?!? Why have this person there with a business if she doesnt care about selling anything??? Only thing i can think of is that she is related to the hotel owners, so she really doesnt need to work. 3) Exterior and interior of hotel needs to be renovated.

Adoramos ficar no Ecológic Ville Resort. Um resort em meio a natureza, com piscinas quentes e frias atendendo todos os gostos! Não fica no centro, o que achamos maravilhoso, pra quem gosta de sossego como nós irá amar. O resort possui atividades recreativas e músicas ao vivo. A comida muito boa! Voltaremos com certeza!

Não tenho nada a reclamar da minha estadia! Antes de vir, vi alguns comentários sobre atraso no check-in, mas cheguei cerca de uma hora antes do horário e fui atendido rapidamente — peguei o quarto às 13h15 sem nenhuma complicação. A playlist do hotel é excelente, bem diversificada e agrada todos os gostos. O animador é top, super animado e envolvente! A comida também é muito boa, com bastante variedade e sabor. A única sugestão de melhoria seria em relação à pintura do prédio, que já está um pouco desgastada e pode passar a impressão de descuido. No mais, foi uma ótima experiência e pretendo voltar!

Hotel grande. Boa localização em relação ao centro da cidade. Uns 8 minutos de carro. As piscinas são Ok são 2 quentes e o outras geladas. Tem um bar molhado e uma outro normal. Os atendimentos são bons as pessoas solicitas. Mas o prédio parece antigo. O café da manhã é variado, mas algumas coisas não tinham o gosto bom. O Café em si no meu primeiro e segundo dia estava com gosto horrível. Dos 5 dias eu solicitei 2 limpezas no quarto. O meu sanitário não foi limpo em nem uma das 2 vezes. Eu comprei uma garrafa de água sanitária para limpar. Agora pergunto. Será que entre a troca de hospedes tem alguma limpeza descente?

A estrutura é boa, mas falta manutenção. As piscina não estão todas em uso. O espaço das crianças TB não estão todos em atividade. As opções para comida não são tão boas, pouca variedade. Solicitei andar baixo, devido hóspedes serem idosos, porém fizeram check in em andar bem alto, além disso, a cama era muito desconfortável, alta demais, mole e com o colchão rebaixado no meio da cama.
