Terceiro Ano no Acqua bella

Excelente hotel e atendimento. Café da manhã bem farto, muitas opções. Hotel para quem tem crianças é muito bom, tem copa com microondas para esquentar a mamadeira acessível somente para quem tem crianças. Area com 7 piscinas, sendo uma exclusivamente para crianças. Em temporada o café da manhã e a piscina fica concorrido, mas o que ocorre normalmente. Próximo ao centro. Para traslado entre aeroporto/parques/etc indico o Thiago Alves (62)9805-3972 carro executivo atendimento de excelência, preço justo.

Hotel bem localizado, pertinho de tudo que e necessário para curtir uma boa viagem. O único ponto negativo é que não é proibido fumar na área da piscina, prática que deixa o ambiente desagradável.

O hotel tem várias piscinas, mas deixa a desejar no atendimento, não tem um filtro de água. Acredito que seja uma forma de fazer os hóspedes comprarem água a um preço absurdo. Está bem localizado e tem um estacionamento que não dá pra quantidade de hóspedes.

Ótima opção para viagem de férias.

Passamos três incríveis dias nas instalações do Acqua Bella. A TV do quarto tinha 21” e ficamos um pouco chateados com isso, ao reclamar não foi possível a troca. Além disso, o banheiro da suíte nao nada condizente com o valor da hospedagem e nível do estabelecimento e as fotos da propaganda. Contudo, a equipe de maneira geral é espetacular (até o funcionário que disse que todas as TV’s do hotel eram de 21” - descobrimos a mentira posteriormente). Mas de fato, o checkin foi muito ágil e check out também. A comida do restaurante apresentava um ótimo custo benefício e o café da manhã foi bem diversificado e saboroso todos os dias de nossa estadia. Por fim, as piscinas eram limpas todos os dias e funcionavam 24 horas. Voltaríamos uma segunda vez!

Maravilhoso

Essa foi a primeira vez que fiquei hospedada nesse hotel e gostei muito. O quarto é grande, a cama confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, pena que só teve carne moída no primeiro dia. Porém o que pode ser melhorado é a temperatura das piscinas pois estava frio e as piscinas não estavam muito quente. Por fim o valor que estavam cobrando para a ceia de natal achei muito caro para pagar a parte e dessa forma tive que sair para comer fora e achei um local bem mais barato.

Uma das melhores viagem.

Café da manhã, muito bom, só gostaria que fizessem carne moída todos os dias, e o croissant. Foi um dos melhores q já comi, mas não tinha todos os dias. Questão de limpeza, muito bom, atendimento também excelente. Eles fizeram upgrade para um quarto com banheira, ficamos felizes e ansiosos para usar, principalmente minha filha de 9 anos. Ficamos decepcionados pois não tinha agua quente na banheira. Mas as férias foi muito boa, as piscinas do hotel são maravilhosa. A cidade em si, é maravilhosa os parque, as atração para as crianças.

Boa localização

Estadia agradável, funcionários solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom, completo! Custo benefício de acordo! Localização excelente, dá pra ir andando para lugares estratégicos no centro, uma vez que é impossível estacionar aos FDS. O que deixa a desejar e fica como sugestão foi que o quarto que ficamos foi no térreo, e tinha muito barulho de madrugada, tanto da recepção quanto dos hóspedes que passavam, sugiro instalar uma porta de vidro para isolar quanto ao barulho. Impossível de dormir.
