「Loved my private room with balcony! The staff is fantastic! 」

「El hotel es super ideal para familias con niños, es super agradable y tranquilo para descansar. Las areas comunes fueron excelentes par ami hijo pequeño hacer amistad con otro nibo turista y jugar futbol. El hotel esta cercano al pueblo y al Valle del Cocora y con excelente opcion de restaurante si prefieres regresar a tu hotel y comer. Tambien tiene el restaurnate Laurita al lado que tiene una trucha fabulosa. El desayuno super completo y variado y mis hijos tambien quedaron satisfechos. ...

「The best location but the rooms on the front were so so loud. They provide ear buds but still so noisy - also the doors have a whole at the top so you can hear all the guests so can be hard to sleep. Room was clean and they provided towels. Big shower too. No hairdryer.」

「The bath room is new and shower is great. However it is very noice. We stay at ground floor can hear upper floor walking sound. Also the wall is not good to isolate the noice, can hear any street noice. When people still have party at 1am or 3am, you will wakeup . We cant sleep well for two days. May be bring a earplug is good idea because the noice isolation problem is common here accommodation.」

「Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. 」
