"When I first checked in and went to the room I was assigned, it was not the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. I wanted a spacious room plus a large enough bed to be able to toss and turn without pushing my boyfriend off the bed, so it had to be a king bed. The room I was given was a standard room with a queen bed. I went back to the hotel associate and explained this wasn't what I booked and definitely not what I paided for (I prepaid, the king bed w/sofa room was significantly more than a standard queen). I told him, don't care if it has the sofa bed or not but it has to be a king bed. Without issues he was able to switch my room to an even more spacious room. Bed was super comfortable, place was extremely clean and staff was friendly. "

"Spotless room. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Heater didn't work in room 507. I had heat set to 90 and didn't kick on 1 time. Water pressure and temp of shower was great. Very quiet. We got stranded in a snow storm and we needed a place last minute for us and our 2 children. Quick check in. I recommend this place."

"All of the staff were nice and even managers were even seen in their offices or in the hallways throughout the weekend. Also it smelled so good from the fresh clean room to the great food that The Grille was making. I think the only down side was maybe the road outback however I think the TV drowned it out. "
