「I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. 「The hotel was very nice. The room was large enough and comfortable. The location was good despite the 10-15mins walk from the bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel gave me a great experience of living in San Marino.」

「One of the oldest, if not the oldest hotels in Ravenna. Great character, very well maintained with very helpful and pleasant staff. Restaurant with inside/outside seating and great food and drink. Ideally located within easy walk to station and central to the old city Unesco sites, etc. We only stayed one night but regret not staying for more. Next time. 」

「Excellent location, 5 minute walk from train station as well as from town centre. Dining options are all around. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with elegant leather sofas in a couple of sitting rooms and tables on a private outdoor area. The free breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. Very friendly and respectful staff.」

「Excellent hotel for Cruise passengers. Was most impressed with shuttle service to the port (for a fee). Taxis are not the easiest to find in Ravenna so the shuttle was perfect. Like the tip I read ensure you book the shuttle as soon as you checkin as it gets full quickly. 」
