"We stayed here for one night. The hotel only has 3 suites. The room was incredibly well appointed, modern, and spotless. The room has a little private patio with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the harbor and sea. There is a ladder access to the sea which is convenient and a small spa on a balcony above the sea. The staff was very nice (even with limited English) and most helpful to organize transfers. Breakfast was served on the terrace and delicious."

"Highly recommend, we had the best stay here where the staff were attentive in helping us arrange parking and transport for our luggage as well as ability to order prosecco and wine glasses in the evening - our favorite part! "Amazingly friendly family owned hotel. The renovation of the building with such history has been completed so well. Very bright and welcoming room, great space and so well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was a lovely start to our morning, thank you for the fruit in our room on the morning of our early departure. The hotel is very central to everything, very easy find down the road from the train station. Thank you also for arranging our early transfer to Bari airport, everything went so smoothly."

"Hotel San Giovanni sits right on the sea, a short tuc tuc ride from Polignano a Mare (the ride itself is half the fun). The staff couldn't do enough for us, from check in to check out they were fabulous, and breakfast was fresh, generous, lovely. A brilliant base for exploring the coast."
