The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. "This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are larger than usual and the property looks straight over to Corsica, which is a very nice view from one's living room and garden. The swimming pool area is nice but the pool is not heated, so be warned if you are going early in the season. The staff are friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is picturesque and there are good beaches in the area. You need a car to get to the town of Santa Theresa, where there are at least two supermarkets. We liked...

"Points positifs: un appartement vaste avec 2 salles de bains et propre. Points négatifs: une heure pour trouver le lieu du check-in (dans un hotel qui porte un nom différent), obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, mais surtout, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur Hotels.com, l'appartement n'était pas climatisé. Seule une chambre était équipée mais le "climatiseur" ne rafraichissait qu'à peine la chambre et faisait bcp de bruit. Dans la deuxième chambre à l'étage...
