「A surprisingly amazing stay in a 3* property offering 5* service and fluffy towels, a rarity even in 4* properties these days!!! Great staff, lovely spacious room with a pool view and although out of town, its on the San Antonio Bus route. Easy free parking opposite the property, lovey pool area and good bar food & large beers under 5 euros! 「Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Let us use the facilities early, whilst we waited for our room and check in time, as we arrived in the morning.Also allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out due to our late flight back to the UK. 「Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen, konnten sogar viel früher das Zimmer in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. 「Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. 「Hôtel magnifique... une déco au ambiance cubaine parfaite dès l'entrée jusqu'à la chambre! Très confort, sauf isolation des chambres... on entend pas mal les voisins.
