"Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly. Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. "Nous avons sejourne 2 fois dans cet etablissement la première fois nous avions eu une grande chambre qui etait pas mal mais une mauvaise odeur dans la sdb, la seconde fois la chambre etait petite, les meubles tres abimes, la porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas ainsi que la porte fenetre qui se fermait tres mal. L emplacement est super face à la mer si vous avez une chmabre vue mer mais c est tres tres bruyant . "
