「This is a charming hotel directly across from a small beach. The location was great - close enough to Palma but away from the crowds. Additionally the staff really elevated our experience. It kind of felt like we were staying with a (large) family!」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...

「Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders an der Rezeption wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und immer freundlich behandelt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Essen hat ebenfalls sehr lecker geschmeckt. Man hat sich einfach rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den tollen Service und die schöne Zeit. Ich komme gerne wieder!」

「The best thing about the hotel is the pool area which has a great view and a nice vibe. Breakfast is average and feels very busy. Eat dinner elsewhere because it’s overpriced and it feels like a retirement home .」
