「Very so so, the staff didn't have the room that I book for the first night and saying hotel.com didn't send the booking information early that they only receive the booking before I check-in 24 hours... So, they don't have the room I book and only give me a breakfast that I will never use, and the breakfast only cost Euro 5 that I book my room cost Euro 100 more than the standard room」

「It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Usually, I always stayed at Ushuaïa, but this time I chose the Palladium Select. As I said, everything was perfectly fine. However, on the day of my departure, most of Ibiza was flooded. Many roads were closed — but not all. Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. 「Great location and helpful staff. Apartment has all the amenities you need for cooking. Underground Car park is very helpful when hiring a car. Peaceful part of town, but walking distance to IBZ town and Playa den Bossa 」
