"Rooms weren’t very clean, towels didn’t get changed. Advertised as a double room but it’s two single beds pushed together (not connected) so you fell down a gap in the middle of the bed in the night! Shower temperature changed Food pretty good for an all inclusive and pool area / dining area and communal areas were lovely. Nice for a relaxing holiday!"

"The beach views are immaculate, the DJ vibes, food, drinks and the amazing buffet breakfast was top notch. Would stay here again and recommend."

"The property is perfectly located, near by stores, shopping, restaurants at walking distance. But it needs a revamp ASAP. The building is outdated and the rooms smell."

"A lovely looking hotel, very average service, our visit in September meant the pool area was 90% in the shade all day. When using the drinks QR code to look at the menu (the only way you can view it and only available from 11am - 5pm) it asked me to verify a credit card, but then didn’t accept online payments? That night at 2am a payment was tried which my card issuer flagged as a scam.. Resulting in my card being cancelled and re sent meaning I couldn’t use it for the duration of my stay. The room below and next to us had a massive hen party with girls shouting until 5am!! Nothing seemed to be done about it by hotel staff. "
