SCAM/FRAUD ALERT! Do not book this “hotel.” I arrived in the evening only to discover that the room I had booked weeks before had been given to someone else. They assigned me another room, which I paid for on the spot when they said they were canceling the room I never stayed in. BUT THEY DID NOT CANCEL THE INITIAL ROOM. I paid for two rooms on the same night. I am working on a resolution with Expedia (not as easy as it should be, Expedia!), but, really, avoid this hotel. In addition to the fraud, because of “renovations,” you now must enter the hotel from a trash-filled, dangerous alley. I cannot imagine why Expedia still offers this fraudulent booking.

夜中の騒音がとにかく酷かったです。 12/30から２泊の予定でした。12/31の夜中にnew year party があるとのことで、その会場設営のための作業(作業というより電動ドリルの爆音等を伴うほぼ工事)を12/30の23時から明け方の4時くらいまで屋上でおこなっていて、ワタシと妻は一睡もすることができませんでした。夜中の１時と２時くらいに２回ほど苦情を入れ、スタッフは”すいません、あと３０分くらいで終わります”と言いましたが、全く工事は終わりませんでした。翌日もnew year party でもっとうるさいだろうとのことだったので、一泊分は放棄して、さっさと次の街のアレキサンドリアに移動し、良いホテルに泊まりました。もちろん、一泊分の放棄に対してrefund などありません。今回の旅行での最初の宿でしたが、清潔さという観点においても明らかに他の宿より劣っており、とても不快でした。唯一良い点を挙げるとすれば、スタッフ自体は親切であったことと、朝食は満足いくものでした。

Friendly and helpfull staff. Great views from atop, delicious breakfast, a little noise but all Cayro is noisy. Definitively a super great option for a budget hotel.

Premièrement , l’emplacement qui se trouve dans la même bâtisse que 2 ou 3 autre magasin et hôtel un vrai labyrinthe là dedans la réception est au 7ème étage , ensuite tu redescend de 2 étage pour aller à ta chambre et remonte de 4 pour aller au restaurant sur le toit , bizzarement conçu , et la propreté un gros 2 sur 10 . La chambre pas la même que sur les photo , salle de bain horrible et (balcon) qui supposément est la fenêtre qui donne sur les pyramides a été changé récemment plein de collant de construction sur les moulure , le bain a remous plein de saletés , le point fort de l’établissement le personnel par contre très gentil mais tout semble un peu désorganisé! Les photo sur expédia ont l’air de datées d’au moins 10 ans ne vous faites pas prendre ! Et que dire du Caire ! Extra Sale comme ville du au nombre d’habitant l’odeur dans la ville y est infecte , dégoûtante et leur gestion des déchets horrible ! Un tapis de déchet est présent partout ! Je donne tout de même un 2 seulement parce que le personnel était aimable et le lit quand même confortable !

Nice aesthetics and a decent balcony view, but the stay was unacceptable. The room had a strong mold and mildew odor, and construction noise occurred between 2:00–4:00 AM, making sleep nearly impossible. Noise from the rooftop lounge carried directly into the room through a grate above a window that only faced a wall—something not shown or disclosed in the listing. Online photos are misleading and imply all rooms have balcony views, which is not accurate. Communication was poor as well, with unclear shuttle information and attempted pricing changes after the ride. Despite the visuals, the overall experience fell well below expectations.

-You want to get hated by your family, book this place. There is no other way to put it. - The staff sent me multiple texts on whatsapp about airport pick and giza tours and I communicated that we need a van as we are 4 people with 4 suitcases. They send a car which could only take 2 suitcases so I spend another 30mins mins ordering an Uber and traveling separately. Same issue when we were leaving. They say there is no VAN available and I need to take 2 cars and pay more...for the mistake rhey made. - Wife and Kid go in the first car to the hotel but were denied entry into the room until I arrived 30mins later and paid for car transportation...seriously - The hotel has construction going on and its shabby. - The room we were showed vs what we got was different. What we received was a room with no windiws just a door. - Beds are not comfortable and kids and wife wanted to leave...convinced them it was only for a night. I gave no idea how Expedia lets such hotels get away with dalsd advertisement.

The room was on a floor that was under renovation with cement dust everywhere. The room itself was half finished ( I have photos) after I complained the said they would move us to another room that was have been renovated but the shower was cold all the time so we did not have a shower for 5 nights ! The hotel said “ sorry” that’s all. The jacuzzi had no hot water and could not be filled by the tap. Several times we asked for towels and the hotel said that they would bring them but they never turned up. We want compensation for a disgraceful hotel and stay

Hotel room very comfortable, room 122,very poor internet, a hit and miss most of the time,no external light even though there was A window in looked into the service shaft & into adjacent room we could hear everything from next door, toilet flushing from the other side full noise, staff moving furniture upstairs in restaurant all hours of the day resonated very loudly in our room, breakfast was good , found out that all food orders came in from the restaurant at front hotel restaurant so we just went there instead Staff all try to be helpful but language barrier functional English just about, pricing was never the same it changed as the day,

We had some at the front desk when we first arrived that could have been avoided but after the issue was fixed, our stay was very nice. The room and bathroom was clean but the jet tub was clearly dirty. The views were great but the traffic noise could be a lot if you’re not used to it.

Didn’t get the room I paid for. We had booked two nights deluxe room with jacuzzi and pyramids view. When we went there to check in around 1pm They told us ur room is not ready yet but it will be in few hours, instead they gave us a room which was not cleaned no view no jacuzzi and no towels shampoo etc just to leave our luggage’s, after few hours I asked them again and they said at night after u come from the tour which I booked with them as well, when we went back around 10pm I asked for our room and they told us Not tonight but the tomorrow because of the jacuzzi being replaced with the new one etc lie lie lie They gave our room to someone else, Next day in late afternoon they gave us the room with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi wasn’t new but old not recently replaced so it was all lies I contacted Expedia and hotel refused to refund us any money, The hotel staff was very rude smelling bad like their rooms, and were not even telling to us We didn’t feel safe anymore there And had to book another hotel and left from there. Beside all of this they kept bothering me on WhatsApp days before trying to sell tours to convince u what to do Asking me when are u coming what time We will send u a taxi etc Just to make a as much money as they can from you,
