The hotel has manicured grounds, very helpful staff, beautiful lobby and meeting rooms. Breakfast is amazing and everything looks spotless. Some rooms are older while others are very nice and new

This hotel has two buildings. The first has rooms in need of updating, with dated carpeting and balconies without screens that don't even open into the hallways. The second has more modern rooms with screens and home automation. I stayed in the first, and the room was very dated, nice, but not the cleanest. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The air conditioning can be turned off or adjusted. It's great to have amenities right in the hotel, such as a bank, bar, and a small supermarket. The staff is friendly.

Some areas around the hotel seemed worn down and could use some updating. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, safe, had great dining options, extra amenities such as pool and bowling and the staff took really good care of us.

We loved our stay at the Al Masa. The property is a peaceful respite from the chaos of Cairo. Easy access to the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Coptic and Islamic Cairo; and more. Breakfast was incredible.

This hotel is perfect! Super nice everywhere! Very clean , Nice customer service, this hotel has 2 main buildings, beautiful lobbies, nice pool area and 5 very good restaurants, a cinema, gym , bowling area and nice gardens, Hotel situated in a. The property was beautiful and well manicured. It was so much to do and see on the property you really don't need to go out unless you're going on a tour. I stayed for 6 days and didn't explore the entire property. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. There's a bowling alley, several restaurant options, lounges, hookahs, movie theater, bank, swimming pools, etc. Definitely worth booking and enjoying. The only negative is they could get rid of the carpet in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a lot of variety for breakfast with some changes each day, which is nice. There are also at least 5 different restaurants/cafes which for us was convenient. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would stay at Al Masa again.

Amazing hotel with extraordinary gardens

Amazing stay i was threaled by the hotel, it should be named a resourt or compund the landscape is out of this word and the facilities are perfect including the Lebanese restuarant Vila Beirut, the seafood restaurant Murjana, and also the cinima and bowling buildings.
