This is an excellent option for a shorter stay in Cairns. It is central, very reasonably priced, clean and has a well stocked mini kitchen. The communication was great from booking to check out.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was large. It had all the amenities I needed. The only thing I would mention is perhaps put a picture of the 18 stairs one negotiates with 23 kg suitcase. Add a picture of the stairs. I know you say no elevator but a picture of stairs is worth a thousand words.

I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication.

This is an excellent place to stay close to the city easy to walk any were my only issue was we had a car and there is no parking you have to pay at a meter all day to park
