「There have been over the top toxic reviews of this place a while ago when now it’s a very good affordable motel room. Nothing wrong with it. Pristine cleanliness, an excellent manager, cold air con, fab outside balcony, even buscuits with the coffee and a bath to soak in. And so cheaper than similar motels. I visit cairns often and this will be my new motel to stay in. 」

「We stayed in the apartment hotel for 4 nights for a family trip. The location is great and with many restaurant options and shops nearby. The room was very spacious with nice views of the river (or sea), bed was comfortable. There's very large parking area right across the street that costs 4 dollars overnight, very convenient. Since this is an apartment hotel, reception does not seem 24 hours available, so it would be better to check-in on time, otherwise it may be a little complicated...

We stayed with our elementary school children, but we think it would be an even more relaxing and art-filled experience for adults only. There were many senior guests at this hotel, and we would love to stay again when our children grow up.」

「We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment 」

「很大的面積, 有廚房所有烹煮物品俱備, 洗衣機，乾衣機，雪櫃,最好是有洗碗碟機及有露臺及不错的景觀。 酒店對面就是最大的商場Central Cairns Plaza, 內裏有間大型的超級市場及很多商舗和food courts. 步行往碼頭往大堡礁都是十分鐘. 整體上十分满意.」

「Love this hotel! The rooms are so spacious, comfortable, and super clean! Staff are very helpful and nice. However, I would not recommend including the breakfast in your booking. The food are just boring and not in high quality. You can easily find an eatery near by to have good coffee and fresh made breakfast.」
