「Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. They serve a fine breakfast and room was extra clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Hotel...

「I loved having the double doors open and fresh air, it was a cool weekend so it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, bed was comfy and the curtains did a great job of blocking light so I was able to sleep in. It was a great weekend getaway, not fancy, just comfy and relaxing. 」

When we arrived in the room, there was some sand on the floor and a little on the couch, which was disappointing. It is next to a beach so maybe not preventable but I think it could have been vacuumed a bit more carefully. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. 」
