"Breakfast was underwhelming. Besides that the resort and staff deserve 5 stars. Food options were good. Exceptional housekeeping. They’re very polite helpful and generous. I will definitely be returning. Grace Bay beach is absolutely stunning. Perfect beach for non swimmers. Very family friendly resort. Highly recommended!!!"

"I will never stay at your property again. Stayed there last year and fell in love with it. As time like Idid last year I purchased two rooms. I ask for a refund on one of my rooms due, to the fact my sister passport was stolen. I was no because you booked threw Expedia it does not matter I paid for rooms. The manager from Expedia emailed the manager, and the manager was to slack and rude to respond"

"The property is beautiful with so many flowering bushes and trees. Rooms are always clean and have several items for convenience of guest. The staff goes above and beyond to please the guests. Have been traveling here for years and still fall in love with this resort and island every time! The restaurant and bar never disappoint!"
