"Property appeared to be under a new renovation. Grounds were clean, had a faint smell of pet friendly. Really enjoyed the room layout and family room seating. CONS: HUGE safety/security concern! Discovered some rooms are keyed the same (at 0600 in the morning). Spouse went out for a run before daylight and returned to get sunglasses. Unfamiliar with the premises, mistakenly opened the neighboring door and went into the their bedroom only to cause complete panic on both ends, running out frantically. Afterwards immediately notified the front desk the of incident and serious security concern and willingness to move rooms, but nothing was done to address the issue. Staff never reached out afterwards, during our 2 night stay or after checkout). Can only hope it was resolved after leaving and that it doesn't happen to anyone else. "

"Check in was easy, if you don’t know how to parallel park you’ll have some trouble, so learn how to do it lol. Hotel is everything you need to see/experince Roswell. Girl who checked me in gave me great recs for food and drinks and they also gave me great recs for breakfast the next day "
