「The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! 「Awesome accommodation」

「Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.」
